Directory Options and Directory App
To access the DHS Family Directory, click on "For Parents" in the navy navigation bar and then click on "DHS Family Directory" or take a shortcut by clicking here.
Online Account & Directory Information
Log in, and click on the My Account menu button on the top right side. Then click on the Manage Subscriptions button from the drop down menu and you will have access to changing the following items:
- Update your profile, including a photo
- Change own passwords
- Change your communication settings
- View account credits, membership information and orders
- Manage your subscriptions to the DHS eNewsletter, School and PTSO calendars
To update your directory information at any time, click on the My Account button from the drop down menu and click on the Parent & Student information form
To change your directory settings, click on the My Account button from the drop down menu and click on the Directory & Publish Preferences form.
Membership Toolkit App
Membership Toolkit, our website hosting platform, offers a free app in Apple and Google Play stores.
Note: a new app is being developed and until it is rolled out, the app is currently not available in Google Play.
The app includes your directory, calendar, directory and publish preferences and messages.
Download it one time for all of the organizations that you are affiliated with that are using Membership Toolkit.
If you belong to up to 4 organizations that are using Membership Toolkit, when you log in to the app you will see all four organizations presented and you can toggle between organizations.
