Parent Portal

Parent Portal is the parent or guardian's "portal" into Infinite Campus. It gives parents access to Infinite Campus so they can see their students grades, schedule, and other information.

Infinite Campus is the platform DeKalb County utilizes for teachers and parents to access schedules, grades, attendance, assignments and more. Teachers have a portal to Infinite Campus so they can post information. Parents have a portal so they can view information.

The Infinite Campus platform is secure. Therefore you will need an access code to log in the first time.

How to get a portal activation key

If you have never logged in to an Infinite Campus portal, you'll need a campus portal activation key for access. For an activation key, contact the DHS Registrar, Pamela Holloway email at pamela_T_holloway@dekalbschoolsga.org or call the school office at 678-874-8506.

Once you have an activation key, enter it here to activate your account.

How do I get the portal app?

Get mobile access to the parent portal so you can see your student's progress on your phone.

Search for Infinite Campus Mobile Portal in your device's App or Play Store.

Important! Be sure to activate your Parent Portal account before installing the Infinite Campus app on your phone. The Infinite Campus app will not install correctly if your Parent Portal account is not yet activated.
